After a desire to change industries, and purchasing her first investment property, Ashley decided to pursue her passion for real estate in 2016. Ashley has a passion for home improvements, renovations, techniques for improving property values and assisting her clients with her Residential Tenancy Act knowledge.
Ashley has also had a variety of experience in other industries, such as; 7 years in procurement in Air-conditioning, 1 year in scheduling in Air-conditioning & solar hot water systems and approx. 2 years’ experience working as a support worker for Baptistcare.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys completing DIY projects, camping and just relaxing. She has family in WA, NSW & QLD. Ashley was born & raised in Perth and from the age of 17 to 21 she was a tenant herself renting in many different areas of Perth. She then bought her first property in South East of Perth and 7 years later, built an investment property. She then bought another property which she decided to move in to and rented out her first property.
Ashley has experienced both being a tenant and an investment owner so you can count on her to see all sides of things and be compassionate to both owner and tenant.
